This came my way, very rare.
This is a Sparlingco conversion. This is what I had as my first car at 16, but mine was an ST (lower level model) and a manual (superior model). O looked for one for years before I bought and restored my yellow Sunchaser. This is the first one I have ever seen for sale. I would never buy one of these cars with an auto though, so a hard pass for me.
This is what we'll show whenever you publish anything on Kinja:

I found my unicorn. Unfortunately it’s priced like one.
Manual, straight 6, 4wd. Very hard to find one with all three.
I haven’t decided whether I want 2 or 4 door; after 6 years of living with limited access to the back of my Jeep, I’m rather fond of the idea of 4 doors. But 2 doors have their own appeal.

My Opel GT was deemed by my parents as not a good car to drive 90 mins to the dorms so I used to roll home with him i n a Celica GT liftback manual trans of similar vintage every couple weeks with a bag of laundry. Hed also let me borrow it for underage alcohol purchases occasionally, and it was really a terrific car

I hate finding bucket list cars for a good price, but they have *ONE* thing about them that’s a hard pass.
About a week ago I came across a first generation Audi TT for sale for a stupid low price. Good shape, low miles, by all means should have co me with a higher starting digit. But like I’m seeing in so many ads right now, dude said he needed to pay rent.
Anyway, the thing came with an auto. Oof.
